All orders are packed in insulated cold-chain packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain frozen temperatures during transit. We ship Monday through Thursday to ensure your order arrives before the weekend.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us.
